Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Since our products are food items, we're unable to accept returns of opened jars for reasons other than a quality issue.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days via Razorpay.
